635ph Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 635ph ("the Platform," "we," "us"). They apply to all use of the 635ph website, including account registration, deposits, betting activity, use of promotions, and any other interaction with the platform.

By accessing the 635ph platform, clicking "Register," or placing a bet, you accept these Terms. Acceptance also covers any future updates to these Terms — continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

To register and use the 635ph platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the 635ph platform. Duplicate accounts are not allowed. If multiple accounts are detected linked to the same individual, 635ph may suspend or close all associated accounts and void any pending transactions.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms.

Before withdrawals are enabled, you are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This involves submitting a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or SSS/UMID card) and, where required, proof of address. All bets placed on the 635ph platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product — sports betting, live casino, online slots, eBingo, or online poker. These rules are made available within each game or betting interface.

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player. All confirmed bets are final, subject to the outcome of the relevant event or game. 635ph reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious errors, technical faults, or integrity concerns.

For sports betting, live in-play markets may be suspended or closed at any time at the discretion of the platform, particularly when live event data is unavailable or unreliable. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned.

635ph does not guarantee the continuous availability of any game or betting market. Maintenance, technical issues, or decisions by third-party game providers may result in temporary unavailability. No compensation is provided for games or markets that become temporarily unavailable.

635ph offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP-tier rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are displayed at the time the offer is presented or within your account dashboard.

General rules that apply to all bonuses and promotions on 635ph:

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Systematic or professional exploitation of bonus terms is prohibited.
• 635ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a discrepancy between a promotional page and these Terms, these Terms take precedence unless the specific promotion states otherwise in writing.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 635ph platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Attempting to deposit or withdraw funds using payment accounts not registered in your name.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or tool to interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match fixing, collusion, or any form of fraudulent betting in connection with sports markets.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 635ph staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

635ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• There is a breach of these Terms or any supplementary policy.
• The account is found to belong to a player under 21 years of age.
• KYC documentation has not been provided within the required timeframe.
• Fraudulent, suspicious, or unusual activity is detected on the account.
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the player.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, 635ph may withhold funds pending investigation. Where an account is closed for any other reason, verified balances will be returned to the player's registered Philippine bank account or e-wallet after any applicable deductions.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Accounts with pending bets or withdrawal requests will be processed before closure is finalised.

635ph collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with that policy.

All data transmission between your device and the 635ph platform is protected by SSL encryption. Sensitive account actions — including login and withdrawal requests — require OTP verification sent to your registered mobile number.
